We trust that the products you purchase from us are in perfect condition when they reach you, however we understand that there may occasionally be the need for the return of a product. Our terms are set out below.

Faulty or Sent In Error items: As a customer you are entitled to replacement or refund of any item that is faulty in any way or has been damaged in transit, or has been sent to you as a result of a packing error. Please phone us or submit an email outlining the nature of the problem and we will issue instructions on how to return the item.

Delivery Schedule

All items are supplied from stock. In the unlikely event of items being out of stock or out of print, we will endeavor to contact you. Most items will be delivered within 7 days of order for Ireland and UK, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery. For USA and the rest of the World please allow between 14 and 28 days for delivery and sometimes more. Please ensure address details are correct and complete, as we cannot accept responsibility for any orders received with incomplete or inaccurate details.

Reviewing and Changing Your Orders

You can find about details and status of any order you have placed sending an email at info@divinemercy.org.. For orders that have already been shipped, we can confirm the date and method of shipment, an estimated date of arrival, and a tracking number, if applicable.
Please note: You can also make changes to orders from divimemercy.org that have not yet entered the shipping process. If you want to cancel the order after placing the order online, please send a cancellation request at info@divinemercy.org with your name, address, details about order- like date of order, items purchased, total amount paid etc –and we will arrange a refund via Worldpay if the order has not entered yet the shipping process. If the order is already shipped, we will have to wait for a return delivery and once the order has arrived back we can refund you via Worldpay.
